I've had an extremely positive experience at Lurn. There have been challenges along the way, but we've always come out the other side as a better company. Lurn is a family oriented company and I generally feel as if my co-workers care about both professionally and personally.

The transparency of the leadership team during the interview process. The interview felt like an easy free flowing conversation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing everyone interact and having fun. This may include listening to music together throughout the day, bonding over lunch in our break room and overall having the team get along.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a lot of amenities at the office which helps with bonding and company culture. This includes a nap room, fully stocked kitchen and break room with food / drink, monthly massages and an arcade area. I enjoy the daily 5 x 5 workout routine that brings everyone together
