Seeing the success of our students. I can see that our company has a real, powerful impact on people's lives and that my efforts contribute towards that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is consistently working toward the same goals and collaborates effectively. No one feels like all the weight is on their shoulders alone or that they can't get help/assistance if they need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is treated as a crucial part of the team and communication is KEY. Leadership is transparent about what is being done, what the value is to the organization AND the employees, and works WITH the team to make it happen!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an encouraging learning-driven culture where it's okay to make mistakes and it's okay to fail--as long as you LEARN from your missteps. We are constantly asking questions and never satisfied with "the way things are done," so innovative ideas are welcomed and desired.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I did not just interview with the hiring manager and team members, I also interviewed with other stakeholders in the organization. This was a great way for me to get a more holistic picture of the company and also for them to see how I would interact with people outside of my team.
