Overall it is great! The positives way outweigh any negative. It's exciting to be with a company that is passionate about helping people become the best Entrepreneur that they can possibly be. I get to play a small part in that on the service side.
What do you like best about your company?
The family culture. Most are very caring and helpful people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved that the interviews were both very conversational. It didn't feel like an interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team is amazing, they are like family. If I have a question or need help with something, most people will help without any hesitation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package is great! We have a very generous PTO package, great healthcare insurance (dental and vision), I could go on, but your question was my favorite part, the PTO.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Maybe take some suggestions from those of us on the front lines. There are certain things that could be made much easier if upper management asked or listened to what we have to say.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Most of the people in my group are truly remarkable, but there is always one or two that can make things difficult, however, I consider this a growing experience for me, I need to learn how to deal with all personality types.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely helpful and always don't micro manage. If there is ever an issue whether it be personal or something in the workplace, our boss is great in finding a solution and taking care or it. They are never above jumping into the trenches and working beside us as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
For the most part I am. It's a great place to help our customers and provide them with a red carpet experience when it comes to customer service. I always try to think outside the box and think of ways to add value so they know that we care for them too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is one of a family. You can't find a better group of people to work with. Everyone wants to give their best and we all work together to make it the best digital platform for our clients. It's hard to put the feeling into words, but their is a sense of deep caring for one another.
