The most common phrase I hear at the end of every call is: "Is there anything I can do to help you?" - that is an awesome example of servant leadership!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here at Lurn operates in a very transparent manner, sharing strategic goals and objectives with the entire company. I can see how my contributions and individual goals align with organizational objectives.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The in-person part of the interviews were very cerebral - they really wanted to know how I work, what makes me tick and what challenges me. Then there was a coding challenge where I was able to demonstrate problem solving in a real scenario.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team as a whole operates with a common purpose, everyone is getting the same information and knows what we're trying to achieve. That makes a huge difference in corporate culture. There are no egos, just a shared desire to make Lurn better each day for our students.
