Literally everything. But listening to front line employees would be as great start.

In store teams are like a family and we do the best we can to survive working for a company that works against us

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Cash is an easy fix, give raises to make job competitive, but hours worked and lack of help is more important than money. Also remove barriers to our own success like a bad lab and lack of control on inventory we know the customers want
