I like when we are supported

The team in our office.

They are pretty straightforward and they know what they want and they will help you to get there but let's say you are having a bad day or something. The Tignor deserve it and watch you of whatever how old you are and then tell you oh you are not selling as you used to like what if I'm going through

They are understanding and hard working

Supportive, easy, fun. I had limited interaction.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fair expectations with short staff.

Communication, and if you are going to push a product then actually have it in the store.

Pretty much everything. Payment on time. Time mangement. Hiring the right staff

Listening, avoid micro-management, trusting the team, create a fair environment

Literally everything. But listening to front line employees would be as great start.

Leadership is out of touch with 2021's reality. Very old-school...doesn't take employee feedback. Leadership doesn't care about work-life balance, only results.

Be more human. I know its a huge company, but they tend to have unrealistic standards, goals and procedures. They claim to want to have good customer service, but at the end of the day, its not about that its about $$$$. And if your numbers are down, you get "talked to" like a child.

They need to be more human and learn how the vision in the world is a need and not only a trendy and luxury bussiness.

Communication is impossible. My manager is unable to contact HR as am I. HR Central no longer takes phone calls. I have NOT gotten paid for 8 months! Every paycheck is completely voided.
