I love that I get to work with colleagues across the globe. I love that I get to meet and interact with all different people in China, South America, Europe, US and Canada. The best part is traveling to these countries and getting to build relationships with these amazing men and woman.
Support each other even when on different teams
Culture was a polite and fake behaviour, they pretend to look more human but they failed. I was lucky the store enviroment was good, cause this was a very competitive job.
They at least claim they want th customer to be have good service.
You need to ask more questions about the italian lack of leadership and abundance of greed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not focusing on metrics so much, and remembering its supposed to be fun
Give identity of vision to the team (there's no vision). Trust the team
Listen to the retail staff
Stop forcing people to go back to the office. It should be optional. There should be a real diversity team who educates employees on respect & culture.
