I enjoy helping people. The customers are appreciative. I love celebrating with them when they pick up their glasses. The pay is awful Fast-food chains are paying $15 starting wage $2.00 higher than I make as an optician. It is very difficult to get answeres about benefits and employee rights.

The opticians that work on the front lines helping customers and trying to solve problems.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers, options and store manager are caring and friendly. Anyone higher up does not want to be bothered and do not respond when we ask for help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is impossible. My manager is unable to contact HR as am I. HR Central no longer takes phone calls. I have NOT gotten paid for 8 months! Every paycheck is completely voided.
