My team communicates well, but there are extremely tough expectations to be met from the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less than 10 dollars an hour after taxes and I have so much responsibility.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is very expensive. People rarely pay under $400 for something that could be $40 elsewhere.
