Kind and mostly knowledgeable and we can mostly distribute our tasks evenly

We help people see and we can teach people things about their eyes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less than 10 dollars an hour after taxes and I have so much responsibility.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is very expensive. People rarely pay under $400 for something that could be $40 elsewhere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team communicates well, but there are extremely tough expectations to be met from the company.
