I would say over the last 30 years in the optical industry I've had to re-invent myself to stay relevant and valued. Promotions for people in IT that don't work in home office is impossible! That needs to change!

I mostly knew everyone as I had worked at Luxottica prior. So the process for me was simple and stress free.

We all have a passion for the optical industry and have a common goal to help people see. (PS - we are in IT)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that I get to work with colleagues across the globe. I love that I get to meet and interact with all different people in China, South America, Europe, US and Canada. The best part is traveling to these countries and getting to build relationships with these amazing men and woman.
