No compromise with the employees at stores or the customers. Supervisors care about numbers but didn't know how the contact lenses area works, I feel they will dismiss the area in a short time, cause nobody is in charge. I think (At least in Chile) this company is good only if you are an executive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more human and learn how the visión in the world is a need and not only a trendy and luxury bussiness
