No compromise with the employees at stores or the customers. Supervisors care about numbers but didn't know how the contact lenses area works, I feel they will dismiss the area in a short time, cause nobody is in charge. I think (At least in Chile) this company is good only if you are an executive
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always were very united and cooperative , even without a store manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more human and learn how the vision in the world is a need and not only a trendy and luxury bussiness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture was a polite and fake behaviour, they pretend to look more human but they failed. I was lucky the store enviroment was good, cause this was a very competitive job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Their evaluations were always about sales and never about the store teams or work enviroment or customers needs that I could help... I justo wanted to get out of this job which was cause me anxiety, so I accept the compensación without say a word
