What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health insurance is decent as far as American health insurance goes.

Salary is competative for market

It would be the compensation, of course.

Moet Hennessy definitely pays as little as they can get away with. Because they have well known brands people want to work for them.

The manger is everything in the Company

I was subcontracted by LVMH. I had to pay money out of pocket to mend relationships, all while I was forced to quit my job. I would like accountability. It is the opportunity of LVMH to host an event in a foreign country and Amandine single handedly tarnished your image.

There are absolutely no benefits except the name

being considered a person and not just a kpi generator. plus all benefits were taken away during covid and never reinstalled. even after skyrocketing of the business

Compare to profits company gets employees don’t get any sha

I am undervalued because I am the Client that LVMH proclaims to honor & value, however I am overlooked, and cast aside even though my ideas are appropriated at every turn, my life experiences turned into fashion trends, and sold to rich clients with no real style, taste, or class.

More real values for staff

I would like health care coverage, parking, and more opportunities for bonuses.
