Communication and support for staff
Better managers in terms of caliber and knowledge
they need free money of hardworking peoples
Creating heathy practice to inspire creative collaboration. If someone is not a strong seller but a highly creative & unique individual, more should be done to support them in alternative ways to retain talent.
Be honest for your staff
Better communication, mangers needs to back up the supervisors in decisions. Management will pick a troublemaker artisan over supervisor.
