Promotions are not based on merit but on politics. If you are French you have a much better chance of moving up.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Train your LVMH staff to not treat people like they are beneath them. You are another marketing agency, keep your staff humble.
Less top down approach. Empowerment of local offices.
Management needs to be happier and more positive.
