It is a very entrepreneurial environment with very little process. If you like this framework it can be really fun and empowering.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have proof of the many classist, passive agressive and derogatory remarks made by Amandine Sagna and will be opening a file for mexican authorities to review. Our system protects us from foreign employers like Amandine.

Management is really negative to counter girls. We dread seeing them because they are so mean, disrespectful and fake. We'll all be out of jobs soon.
