It was ok in the begining but then tires and gas prices and damage to the interior became a problem along with rude customers yellling and cursing

Taking care of its driver's and paying us correctly

No benefits, no insurance. No compensation on the wear and mileage of the vehicle
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Tell the customers to be more courteous. This is our personal vehicle not public transportation

Better meetings . They treat everyone as they if they are robots and not human beings
