Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I am not recognized when it comes to advancement/ promotion based on my 26 years of hard and dedicated work. I feel remuneration should consider both years of experience your contribute as well as educational qualification
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are genuinely there because they care about learning

The team morale just seems to be lacking

The amount of people I was able to interact with.
A free atmosphere and the professionalism with which the interviewers went about the job
The people, great people. We also went to lunch. The less formal atmosphere is a great practice.

Feels like a sinking ship lately. We’ve had layoffs and a LOT of top people leaving for other things. We lack leadership in several key areas and Susan might be an effective leader for editorial (I wouldn’t know) but she’s clueless and out of her depth w
