Ms. Williams served as Director of Internal Audit for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company since June 2002. At Federated, she was responsible for implementing internal controls and overseeing an internal audit staff of 25. She joined the Coca-Cola Company, Atlanta in June 1994 as a Senior Treasury Analyst and served as a Manager of Portfolio Risk Management and Capital Markets and Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer since 1997. Since May 1999, Ms. Williams served as Group Controller/Treasurer of Coca-Cola Company, where she was responsible for financial control policies and treasury strategies to support Coca-Cola's European, African and Middle Eastern operations. She began her career in 1987 as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Washington, D.C. She served as Senior International Auditor of Bristol Myers-Squibb in New York since 1990 and served as its Senior Financial Analyst since 1993. Ms. Williams is a Certified Public Accountant. She is Graduate of Florida A&M University with a Degree in Accounting.
