Ms. Felicia Williams has been Chief Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President of Enterprise Risk and Controller of Macy's, Inc. since June 1, 2016. Ms. Williams served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk & Internal Audit at Macy's, Inc. from January 2014 to June 1, 2016. She served as the Vice President of Internal Audit of Federated Department Stores Inc., since June 1, 2004. She served as Senior International Auditor of Bristol Myers-Squibb in New York since 1990 and served as its Senior Financial Analyst since 1993. Ms. Williams is a Certified Public Accountant. She is Graduate of Florida A&M University with a Degree in Accounting.
