Mr. Jim Reath has been Senior Vice President of Marketing at Macy's, Inc. since May 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Reath worked for BBDO New York as its executive vice president and head of retail. Mr. Reath served as Director of Retail and Shopper Marketing and Executive Vice President at McKinney & Silver LLC since January 9, 2012. Mr. Reath formalize McKinney & Silver's rapidly expanding retail and shopper marketing capability. Mr. Reath joined McKinney in 2010 from Y&R Chicago, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Y&R Chicago's Sears account he and his teams won two Cannes Lions and a gold Effie. He started his career at Ammirati Puris Lintas Chicago in 1994 and moved to his native Canada to work for Labatt Brewing Company in 1998. He joined Ammirati Puris Lintas Chicago in 1999 prior to served at both FCB Worldwide and JWT Chicago. He joined Leo Burnnett USA Inc., where he served as senior vice president of leading accounts such as Kellogg's, Morgan Stanley, Washington Mutual and Visa. He joined Y&R in 2008. He also worked with J Walter Thomson Worldwide and Labatt Breweries of Canada.
