    I have no idea about front office. On the shop floor the managers assign operators work assignments. The "Vibe" is all about working and alot of it. Expect overtime, expect dirty, expect hot in summer. Good company for entry level employees looking to grow. Pros: The people, overtime Cons: Turnover, lower wages, physically demanding
