Why can't we hire...we don't pay well
I understand that it is a tricky subject, but when I hear about such great benefits at other companies like good health insurance that is affordable and includes dental, vision, and good wellness benefits it makes me wonder why we are not able to do the same.
Deductible for insurance too high.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's a shit show seriously
It would be my wish that people would make parts the right way the first time so we didnt have to make them over. We have good people who have been here a long time. We also have many new people. That gap in experience makes it difficult sometimes.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs to treat non smokers with more vacation due to all the smokers who are constantly outside smoking.
