What is the best part about your compensation package?

The total package is top notch

Fair base, solid bonus when company performs

The best part about our package in my personal opinion is our PTO and our benefits -- we have great medical/dental/vision benefits and as I get older I realize how crucial it is! We are also given a wonderful PTO/sick day/volunteer day package where I've been able to take mental health days as well!

The benefits here rock. Salary and bonus are nice, but the benefit offerings are unmatched for sure.

We have an abundant benefits package - amazing health, vision, and dental insurance, along with a ton of other perks: paid volunteer days, monthly stipend, generous maternity and parental leave (to name a few)

Benefits are good, base pay is comparable to market.

Very generous commissions and the base salary is competitive.
