What makes me most happy is not being afraid to ask questions! Everyone at ML is always willing to jump in to help you resolve and troubleshoot any challenges as they come up and it really has built my own confidence in not being afraid to ask and to say that "I don't know"!

ML cares about its employees and does everything they can to help improve their performance, help them reach their career goals, understand realistic expectations of their role, and its apparent the employee experience is well looked after.
