While being compensated in equity is fantastic, it should not be an offset to cash compensation. Equity is an alignment tool, to have employees invested in the companies future. Cash compensation, for me, feels significantly below what I could achieve on market.
I'd feel better about compensation if there were a plan for raises in place. We work well beyond our job titles here, and a 5-10% bump annually isn't too much to ask for.

Compared to the Austin average, pay is quite a bit lower.
I recall doing a brief one on one just to get to know someone else in the company, it was a brief, yet refreshing experience
I don't think anything needs to be changed for the culture. We are a very positive company. Of course more customers would make everything better. Just like the saying, good thigns come to those who wait. I know the damn is going to break, and we will be crazy busy, which will be a great moment.

I personally feel under utilized for my skill set. I also feel like I lack exposure to decision making and that I have become more of a "doer" than a problem solver / strategic thinker
Right now there is a lot of busy work due to downtime.

Nothing is going wrong but my projects have a turnover that causes them to stop making me feel as if maybe I'm doing something wrong but its just changes in business requirements
Promote internally or institute annual/quarterly raises based off performance
