MQA is a place to grow and work as a team towards creating something new and big in the market. The talent is at mixed levels but also very diverse. Comp and benefits are average and it's a good place to be when you're starting out or are within the first 5-6 years of your career.

Everyone feels comfortable joking around and overall a very human/ positive environment

The pay is not below market but it's not significantly above it either
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They're friendly and welcoming but many don't have a lot of prior experience/ expertise in this area so I feel we don't have the mentorship from co=workers that could be helpful
