How employees describe working at Major League Soccer
workloads and hours are oppressive; outdated company mentality; company culture feels locked in the past; very hierarchy-driven
Everyone is overworked and embarrassingly underpaid. There is a ton of passion for the sport among staff members, they truly love the league. Naturally, management uses this as a tool to justify lower pay/longer hours - because you're an "integral part of building the sport of soccer in the US"
