4 day work week which is going away
composition of all benefits an oportunities
4 day working week for 3 months
Excellent benefits and salary compensation is good
finally there is equity included
Review from IT Dept
4 days work week during June, July and August
Review from Sales Dept
It is reasonably fair compared to the market.
Four day summer work weeks.
emotional wellness, sport package, eyeglass, desk
4 days work summer :)
Review from Engineering Dept
I think it's super generous that Mambu pays for our entire health benefits. We're so lucky to have that. I love how Mambu also considers our health a priority and gives everyone 20 days for vacation and in the summer 4 day work weeks. It's great
Review from HR Dept
That senior management is aware that they need to have the best package to retain the best talent.
The satisfaction of delivering and also meeting targets and earning the variable scheme.
Many sport and health benefits
Review from Product Dept
Good base salary, no 'variable part' or so that could be reduced/removed without any warning.
Review from IT Dept
to me private medical insurance is the most important
4-day work weeks during summer.
Salary gets credited before 4-5 working days of month end :)
Review from Sales Dept
Fairly good compensation package, i would say
Review from Engineering Dept
I feel my compensation is according to the market standard , also Mambu offers platinum package standard health insurance benefits.
Review from Engineering Dept
Salaries internally are not aligned.
transparent review process, fairer treatment of people who have contributed for several years already but were brought in when the company didn't have that much money to pay on salaries
more clearly identified bonus and KPIs
Operating between specific pay ranges for the teams, and not based on overall experience, skills
Review from Customer Success Dept
More clarity on benefit alignment across the organisation, still waiting for 2021 bonus scheme to be announced and the year is almost over
Because I have to train other managers that are paid double or triple than me and they have no clue on how to use the tools used for performance reviews or even simple tools from G suite.
Review from Product Dept
A more egalitarian compensation / benefits among the company.
While there are global benefits, there are still significant differences between Mambu locations and associated benefits. Global benefits include 4-day work week, one time budget for a desk & ergonomic chair, training budget, one month off paid once you reach 5 years in the company.
There is no defined performance review process or career framework.Every year they come up with same excuse that we are in transition for past 5+yrs . Most loyal employees have already jumped the boat.
Review from Product Dept
A global benefits policy is in the works, so I'm looking forward to benefits and compensation improving.
Salaries and titles of existing staff members have not caught up to new hires yet - i.e. feels like you're punished for sticking around but overly rewarded for being new
I do not feel undervalued but there are benefits that I do not enjoy - which is most of them. I would prefer the money paid for them to rather be give to me, or just change the benefits. For example, instead of massage or wellbeing, I would prefer a bonus.
