Listen to its customers/ employees stop testing the product on customers , Hire People who can lead by example not just manage people. Currently the team first sells the contracts and then does the implementation and design.

transparent review process, fairer treatment of people who have contributed for several years already but were brought in when the company didn't have that much money to pay on salaries

Values, transparency and a vision

Executives and leads actively hiring their ex-colleagues and creating a sub-culture within the company that fragments everything. Every team is very different in terms of culture almost as if they are from a different company. Actively hires bozos from companies like Finastra, Oracle, IBM etc..

Providing good guidance and organized set of tools

Act on your feedbacks stick with decessions and make them work rather than switching to a new model every time
