Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Would like 10% more and better matching for retirement

For being a dedicated employee to realize that people with no experience have an opportunity to be paid more at times can be challenging working for this organization.

A more competitive wage and non capped bonus plan would be nice. Company is making tons of money and it seems only the executives get a good cut.

I`m fairly evaluated but should be better compensated

I would like more money

The expectations of availability and working hours don't match the compensation band and it's extremely tough to get on the right compensation band and in the right role/title to get the appropriate wage under certain leaders in certain brands

I'm not paid at market value. Being owned by a staffing firm means low margins. Here, a pay increase of $5000 is seen as a big deal when it's barely even noticeable. We do a poor job of bringing people up to market value and an even poorer job of paying bonuses to high performers.
