Mr. George J. Pedersen serves as an Advisor of MSM Security Services, LLC. Mr. Pedersen serves as the President of NSI Technology Services Corp. He has been the Executive Chairman of the Board of ManTech International Corporation since 1979 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 1995. He served as President of ManTech International Corporation from 1995 to September 13, 2004. He serves as Vice President of Professional Services Council. He is Co-Founded ManTech International Corporation in 1968. He served as President and the Chairman of the Board of a number of ManTech subsidiaries. He served as an executive employee of GSE Systems Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Pedersen serves as the Chairman of the Board for MSM Security Services, LLC. Mr. Pedersen serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Software Research Inc., a not-for-profit corporation that performs research and advanced development of software and related technologies, including research for NASA. He serves as the Chairman of MARE Inc. and Vega International. He has been a Director of ManTech International Corporation. since 1968. He also serves as a Director Emeritus of the Professional Services Council (PSC) a national association of technology services companies and serves as its member of executive committee. He serves as a trustee and a member of the executive committee of the National Security Industrial Association and as a Director of the Ivymount School. He is a Director of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), a trade association for the defense industry. Mr. Pedersen serves a member of the board of Directors of the Association for Enterprise Integration (AFEI) and also serves as Member of Executive Committee. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital Chapter. He served as a Director of GSE Systems Inc., an affiliated simulation solutions and services to the nuclear and fossil electric utility industry company, since 1994 until December 2011.
