The interview process was quick and the entire recruiting and on-boarding team worked together seamlessly. My in-person interview was personable and comfortable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is diverse, collaborative, and effective. We help each other succeed and all get along great. The people of ManTech make the company even better than it already is.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from my salary and benefits, which I am very happy with, ManTech provides opportunities for bonuses, free education, and a Mobility Program for those who wish to move around in the company. I like knowing that I am not limited in my career.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment at ManTech are very team-focused. Each person is a piece of the puzzle. We are offered opportunities for career advancement with ManTech University and the Career Mobility Program. There is also an Alumni Program if you leave and want to come back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at ManTech deeply values employee engagement and innovation. As a young professional, I have been blown away by the family-feel of this large company. In the year that I have been with ManTech, I have gotten countless opportunities to meet and engage with upper level management.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me most happy to see how many different projects I am involved in and the success of these projects. Everyone has a chance to voice their ideas and become involved in the things they are interested in, which shows me that employees are not expendable at ManTech.
