Empathy. Everyone truly cares for everyone else and we work together as a cohesive team with a common goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary. I appreciate the education focus that affects some of our most impressive benefits, but I hope that we soon get more variety in the fully ManTech funded degree programs.
