I enjoy working for ManTech. I really do. I do feel that ManTech needs to value their employees who have been around for a while and train them up. You can call someone a lead and expect them to lead, but when the compensation isn't there its hard when your co-workers have the title.

Work together. Support each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fast pace and the different things that come your way. Each day is different and I enjoy the challenge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am undervalued because I have been with the company almost 5 years (one of the longest team members) and I feel like I am overlooked for opportunities. There have been others that came after me and that have moved up. I have been around for all the changes and I stuck with the company.
