Work together. Support each other.

What makes you most happy at work?

The fast pace and the different things that come your way. Each day is different and I enjoy the challenge.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like I am undervalued because I have been with the company almost 5 years (one of the longest team members) and I feel like I am overlooked for opportunities. There have been others that came after me and that have moved up. I have been around for all the changes and I stuck with the company.
