My team is engaged, dedicated, and excited to succeed. They are a very positive and energetic group which is such a pleasure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has a great balance between customer and employee care. They show time and time again how important employees are. During the difficult times with the COVID-19 pandemic, ManTech's leadership communicated regularly and emphasized the importance of employee safety and well being.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is comparable to the current marketplace. I do believe it would help attract new employees if the 401K plan's employer contributions started on the first pay period rather than six months after start date. Most companies' do not wait that long. It's a significant amount.
