I really enjoy the type of work and being able to change lives.

Almost all leadership I have had the pleasure of speaking with has all been approachable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Unfortunately like all workplaces cliques get formed, which is expected but the negative conversations that come from these are never pleasant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have appreciated the opportunity that ManTech has given me. In my position, I wish a career path have been clearly stated to me.
