I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with new tools and a top talent team. The training provided for the resources, processes and tools does not exist and prevented me from having success early in my time working with ManTech.

The team works together to share candidates and make matches on other projects. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager works to make sure that we are able to interact with her and each other as people and not just employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the leadership team utilizes their internal resources and talent for new ideas and support. They are prioritizing retention of people on contract.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy learning how to make myself more independent as a team member. I always enjoy placing a good candidate with my programs and furthering the mission of the team.
