Despite various work locations, there is a definite synergy and 1Team feeling. I also admire the willingness teammates are open and able to assist each other during surge/critical points.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like their accessibility, their dedication to a 1 MT approach, and the programs they put in place to take care of employees during the current pandemic. Definitely feel like MT is a company with leadership who values the "employee" and "employee experience".
