They are appreciative of the help and receptive to constructive criticism. They are willing to jump into the deep end to ensure we are getting the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am valued and leaned on heavily with way ore responsibilities than my peers to include ensuring my entire team is trained, even though I am not the manager. This is why I feel my compensation and grade warrants an increase.
