What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pension plan and 401K plan

Compensation package is the best since they increase the coverage of the insurance and additional member of the families can be added now

The best about my compensation package of my company is they paid our efforts higher and better

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual raises are extremely minimal, not even the cost of living.

Pay, especially for the sales team in terms of base salary and commission, is far lower than the value we bring in compared to other departments. Too much focus on providing equal payments with other departments in terms of pay rather than rewarding departments that return the most value.
