Transparent. Takes time to update employees on a regular frequency. Any employee can raise questions during town hall.

Thay have time to individually check us what are the things that we're doing that can contribute to the success of our team. They set virtual seminars for free for us to be more updated to what ever changes they have. Thay have lots of motivational promos.

improving culture and holding snr leaders accountable for not following values

Being honest. They give us extra paid personal days. What they don't say is how many people are let go before thry can enjoy them.

Respect is lacking - not a family friendly organization and people are penalized for having a family
