improving culture and holding snr leaders accountable for not following values
Being honest. They give us extra paid personal days. What they don't say is how many people are let go before thry can enjoy them.
Respect is lacking - not a family friendly organization and people are penalized for having a family

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension plan and 401K plan
Compensation package is the best since they increase the coverage of the insurance and additional member of the families can be added now

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual raises are extremely minimal, not even the cost of living.
Pay, especially for the sales team in terms of base salary and commission, is far lower than the value we bring in compared to other departments. Too much focus on providing equal payments with other departments in terms of pay rather than rewarding departments that return the most value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their willingness to work together to solve problems.

It was short and somewaht casual.
Timelines and communication. Postive criticism and quick decision making.
The interview proceed was more hard
Hiring manager, HR peronnel had an open and fair discussions.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Do not promise things you cannot offer, as well as be direct about the tasks you will assign to the new hire; do not hire just foe the sake of cheap labour.
What makes you most happy at work?
Work with agency to help them earning money everymonth
Being around intelligent people who are pushing me to be better at what I do.
Doing the job makes me happy
Being able to work from home, flexible hours, having a reasonable workload (in my latest role only).

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Internally, the high rankers need to understand the situation those under them are going through and it would not hurt to be more empathetic
