Open mindset, collaboration and diversity.

It has heart for the people.

Work from home full time. Understanding management team.

Right now we work at uome because of pandemic but still the company provides way for us to connect and that can be accessible to the client and to different offices of our conpany

The ability to feel comfortable and open talking to anyone in the organization, even the leaders

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

hold snr leaders accountable and enforce policies more fairly

A new CCO would be a good start.

The boss needs to be more chill.
