Management switches job scope and responsibilities but doesn't address pay gap for the changes.
I'm working a "Chemist" position, but as a lab technician being paid much lower than what a chemist makes.

Management has devalued my job while Executives make quarter of a million dollars, annually
Promotions and pay increases go to favored employees not those who have earned it.
