Promotions and pay increases go to favored employees not those who have earned it.
Maybe act professional. Dont just hire bros and a few eye candy females.

The Andeavor MPC merger is failing. Attempts at bringing the two sides onto the same systems or same policies are going poorly. Bring in someone from the outside that actually knows how to handle such projects.
Management doesn't have a clue and doesn't care if they are unprepared for a meeting or if they tell outside customers the wrong thing
