Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Honestly I don't think it's possible to feel better about the compensation when you're making below minimum wage

For two months a raise that was promised to me for a specific shift never went through, resulting in loss of wages as well as disinterest in promotions based on lost funds.

No benefits available hours not being given

Pay better. We know they make enough money

If they made a change in how they are treating their employees. Make us feel heard and understood

I feel undervalued in simple terms because "there is nothing I am good at." (according to management.) I had to fight tooth and nail to get above minimum state wage for months.

Zero benefits, very low pay for the work we do.

We are under paid compared to other fast food restaurants

Because paid minimim wage on a skeleton crew after having corporate cut the operation hour to 7 with signs EVERYWHERE blaming "lack of employees" really breaks you after a while.

Pay your people they do the work pay them. It doesn't make sense to low ball someone who is working for you.
