Absolutely, I think the leadership teams need an extensive amount of extra training.
Managers need to manage better
Communication and not being greedy
Communication. They need to communicate things more respectfully and ask more questions. Instead of assuming and jumping on people over small minute issues. Ive managed plenty of places and this is by far the worse and most unproffesional establishment ive encountered yet.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a wage slave in a capitalistic machine. I expect nothing less. A living wage would be nice, but this is 2026, I will take whatever breadcrumbs I can get from the CEO

Honestly I don't think it's possible to feel better about the compensation when you're making below minimum wage
For two months a raise that was promised to me for a specific shift never went through, resulting in loss of wages as well as disinterest in promotions based on lost funds.
No benefits available hours not being given
Pay better. We know they make enough money
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Listen and read the books that's all
Showing up and doing their job and not expecting someone to do it for them
I do not care about co workers
The team is fine the management needs improvement, there is no meetings there
Train employees better and have enough people on staff

Get a better HR department
Better communication better pay and willingness to work together as a team
They need help from experienced Marcos employees
The supervisors need to be more hands on if they intent to help in a store, and listen to their employees thoughts and suggestions

maybe make it a bit more rigorous and not just hire anyone on the spot
More thorough interviews would help
