I am an assistant manager at Marcus and i love it. I get to be on my feet a lot and i get to improve the working lives of the mostly 16-18 year old employees. Since covid, they have raised wages and focused on employees and customer service.

Great teamwork. Flexibility covering peoples shifts or having someone cover yours.
What makes you most happy at work?
Fast paced on my feet work, improving the work lives of employees, customer service, people love movies.
What did you like most about the interview process?
An entry level associate is easy to get. Just dont give dumb answers like "my last job made me clean so i left". Management is alittle harder but if you prove yourself as an associate, you can get it.
