How flexible is your work schedule at Markel Corporation?
Markel IT was very inflexible where work schedules are concerned. I had to be available all of the time, including nights and weekends. The business side of Markel that I supported also wouldn’t let my dept know when they needed support outside normal business hours, but expected us to be available.
