Everyone tends to have good, friendly relationships. The communication is open and both of these lead to a positive work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here at MarketSource is extremely approachable and enjoys coming to work everyday. Everyone is willing to offer advice or lend a helping hand. I really just enjoy working with my colleagues.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I genuinely enjoy working here and can't think of anything that I would ask for improvements upon. I do like that the Executive team periodically ask us for feedback on this exact question.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very laid back and the people I interviewed with were very open about what the job entailed and very clear on the culture and expectations. They were very easy to have a discussion with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have an open-door policy. If I need to speak with any of them they are more than willing to make the time. I also like that they seek out conversations with the employees and genuinely show concern for what's going on with my team and my life.
